TOPIC #1: Building Your Growth Roadmap
SPEAKER: Susan Rosenhoffer

About the presentation: Growing a successful advisory practice requires more than just ambition, it demands a clear strategy backed by data. This session will explore how advisors achieve sustainable growth, from defining their core “why” to positioning their value effectively. We’ll dive into key growth drivers, including target client profiles, referral strategies, and deepening relationships with COIs and the next generation of clients.
About the speaker: Susan Rosenhoffer is a Regional Director, Practice Management, in Dimensional’s Global Client Group. Based in the Charlotte office, Susan delivers benchmarking and practice management insights to advisors. Helping advisors and their teams maximize their efforts to best serve their clients and businesses is Susan’s passion. Susan has spent more than 20 years in the industry in practice management, advisor and team development, and marketing roles, including more than a decade at one of the largest registered independent advisors and turnkey providers in the country. Most recently, she served as a senior leader for the independent channels of a large brokerage firm in the growth space. Susan holds the PCC certified executive coach designation from the International Coaching Federation and earned a degree in communications from Truman State University.

Continuing Education: FPA NEO will request credit for these programs, which will total two hours of CE from the CFP® Board of Standards for CFP® designation holders. A general certificate of completion and one for CPA designees who feel the program satisfies their continuing education requirements will also be available.
Reservation Policy: All attendees are encouraged to register in advance before noon 09/09/26 and walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Meeting cost is free for FPA members and $65 for non-members. If you reserve and are unable to attend, please call the office or email admin@fpa-neo.org to cancel by noon 09/08/26 to avoid a no-show reservation billing of $10.00.
